Cancellation Policy
Company Policy This policy outlines the scope, standards, and conditions for services provided by Nikyxi – Mobile Spa. 1.Service Area Services are available only within the defined geographical area of Amsterdam. Bookings outside this area will not be accommodated, but request via email can be arranged. 2.Client Eligibility Female clients are welcome to book directly. Male clients are accepted only through recommendations or referrals from existing female clients. Recommendations must include full contact details and confirmation from the referring client. 3.Client Responsibility Clients are expected to respect the therapist's professional boundaries and follow the guidelines of this policy. Repeated violations of this policy may result in refusal of future bookings and formal complaints to local authorities if appropriate. 4.Professional Standards All massage services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Under no circumstances are erotic or sexual acts offered, performed, or permitted. 5.Prohibited Inquiries Questions or insinuations about non-professional services are strictly prohibited. Such behavior will result in refusal or termination of services, and the client may be blacklisted from future bookings. 6.Venue Restrictions Bookings are strictly limited to private residential addresses or approved locations. Services will not be provided at hotels or similar venues where the therapist lacks jurisdiction to operate. Bookings made for these locations will be cancelled immediately. 7.Safety Measures The therapist reserves the right to refuse or cancel any appointment if safety concerns arise. 8.Cancellation Policy Cancellations due to policy violations will not be refunded. 9.Agreement to Terms This policy is in place to protect the safety, integrity, and professionalism of mobile massage therapy services. By booking an appointment, clients agree to abide by these terms. Cancellation Policy: At the time of booking your appointment you will be asked to pay a 20% deposit that will be credited towards your treatment. Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment, procedure, or treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and your deposit will either be refunded or pushed for a future appointment. However, providing less than 24 hours notice will require that your paid deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee and cannot be refunded.
